"Moore to Have Cameras at Polling Places
Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore plans to have hundreds of cameras outside polling places in Ohio and Florida on Election Day to watch for attempts to suppress voter turnout.
The director of the anti-Bush documentary "Fahrenheit 9/11" announced Saturday that a total of 1,200 professional and nonprofessional cameramen, filmmakers and videographers will bring their cameras to polling places in the two presidential battleground states, especially in minority communities.
"I'm putting those who intend to suppress the vote on notice: Voter intimidation and suppression will not be tolerated," Moore said in a statement.
Moore, who was in Columbus for a rally Saturday night, planned visits to Ohio and Florida on Tuesday, his publicist Terri Hardesty said."
First of all, Moore himself is BLATANTLY trying to intimidate people with this ploy. No one will feel comfortable with that many cameras.
So what can you do?
- For every camera crew you see, get two people to film *them*. Watch the watchers. Make sure they aren't doing anything but passively recording the goings on.
- Bring a cell phone. If any camera crew tries anything, call the police.
- Get the numbers of your local election officials and put them on speed dial. Report any infraction, however small.
Do not let this man get away with anything. We know how despicable he can be. It's up to us to watch him and his camera crews. Spread the word. Email this post to everyone you know in any contested states. Let's mobilize and show Michael Moore where the real power lies.

Don't just watch 'em - file a complaint against them with the poll worker in charge of the polling place, or the local cops - whatever...hassle the crap out of 'em.
I tell you this: if I see M. Moore at a polling place, I'm gonna beat him within an inch of his life.
It will be worth the night in jail and the large fine that will result. I'll pay it with a smile.

Unfortunately,unless they are less than 150 feet from the polling place(in most states)and on private property without permission, there isn't much you can do as long as they obey local law.
Just vote, and don't worry about them. The free market will take care of them.

My thoughts exactly, illegals, multiple voters and ACORN and union thugs will be forced to think twice before showing up. If the camera crews in question really are starry-eyed idealists who mean to do as they say then I say more power to them. Perhaps Michael Moore REALLY does believe the dems are the good guys?
Someone should film the lives that the "disenfranchised" live via Democratic liberalism. It's ironic Halloween is so close to the election, the Democratic party can put on its "we really care" mask for that one day and never wear it again, until next year.
I want cameras at polling places. Lots of them, on both sides.
There are so many claims of voter suppression and illegal voters and all that a close election won't be viewed as legitimate by either side if they lose -- and looking at the polls, it's going to be a squeeker.
The more open, accessible, and videotaped the process is, the harder it will be for anyone to spin the results as fraudulent.

I thought Moore needed the 100 cameras to monitor the doughnut shops, so he knows when the fresh doughnuts come out of the oven.
