Schofield - John Kerry's criticism of President Bush over reports that 380 tons of explosives vanished after the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003 is a "cheap shot" that "says something about the character of the man who made it," Vice President Dick Cheney said during a campaign visit Thursday.
"He doesn't know if that's true at all," Cheney said. "Kerry just went ahead anyway . . . and issued the charges
. . . Outside in a chilly mist, about 50 Kerry supporters lined one side of an intersection while 50 Bush supporters lined another. There were plenty of chants from the rival groups and some tense encounters.
Aaron Hoyord of Mosinee, a 9-year-old Republican, said a male Kerry supporter spit in his face as he and others walked by.

Christopher Magiera, a gastroenterologist and a round-table participant, said he and his wife, a surgeon, had moved to Wisconsin because it had decent laws governing medical malpractice rates. Cheney assured him that he and Bush would push for litigation reform in that arena and many others on the federal level.

Disgusting.
Typical Kerrry supporter.
As Momma T walks by and says "Let him go naked"
They made a big point on the news that they didn't know if the little boy was telling the truth. Also typical of the MSM.
Just when I thought the Kerry thugs could stoop no lower.......they SUPRISE me again! This my dear friends is the Demonrat party of today!
Lib/dems = The party of scums.
Too bad they didn't call the cops. That is assault. They don't know what diseases the spit carried.
Wow. Spitting in a 9-year-old's face. I thought this was the party of tolerance?
Now that's what I call sarcasm.
I guess there wasn't a soldier around to spit on....
These people are cowards and troglodytes.
You're damned straight. I would have had to place that idiot under citizens arrest. I am sure he would have resisted.
Hey I watch cops too. :)
Its the Age of Clinton.
Kerry supporters whom I know, people with whom I am unfailingly polite and collegial, are suddenly becoming vitriolic over Bush. I never attack Kerry personally in their presence, but they are more than willing, almost to a person, to refer to Bush as "an idiot," "a dictator," and just about anything else.
Our opponents are desparate. They demand that we defend our votes for Bush, even though we defend their right to the franchise.
Keep your powder dry, and smile.
That would have been my reaction.
"Aaron Hoyord of Mosinee, a 9-year-old Republican, said a male Kerry supporter spit in his face as he and others walked by."
Just a "little" hint at how those who advocate KILLING children through abortion respect and value (NOT!) the lives of others.
I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but every bumper sticker bearing Kerry supporter has this angry and mean look on their face, they are rather disheveled, and their cars are wacky. I do not recall this in 2000. He has a weird base.
These folks have no soul. All they care about is their power. Anyone standing in their way is to be punished. Jim
I noticed that - the creep next to me at a stop light yesterday looked like he had mice in his matted hair, hadn't bathed/showered in a month, and pissed off at the world, and especially me because of my bumper stickers.
"The character of the man"??? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! John Kerry didn't marry TWO multizillionairesses because he had principles! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah! "Character"??? Hahahahahahahahahahaha!
