FAIR INVESTIGATION UNCOVERS VOTE FRAUD IN WISCONSIN
Stein Report ^ | October 27, 2004 | Dan Stein

Posted on 10/27/2004 8:57:01 AM PDT by LNewman

"An immigration reform organization recently conducted an investigation into possible voter fraud in Wisconsin. The probe revealed that non-citizens of the United States could decide the 2004 presidential election," AgapePress writes. The article desribes how FAIR and FAIR activists investigated one woman who claims she is an illegal alien yet is a registrar of voters in Wisconsin. FAIR activists pretending to be illegal aliens were registered to vote by this woman. "And [FAIR Midwest Field Director Susan] Tully did not stop there. Suspecting voter fraud, FAIR sent two activists from another state to the office of the former illegal alien who is not only a deputy registrar of voters in Racine but also the leader of a Hispanic organization. Tully gave the activists specific instructions." Tully told the news service: "I wanted them to specifically tell this person they were illegal aliens, but that they wanted to register to vote -- and she registered them both."

Michelle Malkin also mentions FAIR's investigation in her latest column today, about illegal alien vote fraud. "FAIR's investigation also alleges that a deputy registrar in Racine registered two individuals -- one posing as an admitted illegal alien -- and reportedly advised them to lie on their forms. The report notes that the deputy registrar -- working for the open borders lobbying group, Voces de la Frontera -- then gave the couple information on other illegal alien benefits, including employment rights and bank accounts."

This is so scary. My bank requires me to produce a driver's license to cash a ten dollar check, yet we cannot require someone to do the same for the highest office in the land?????

FORGET Drivers LICENSE - we need to REQUIRE one of the following, US BIRTH Certificate, OR US Passport or US Naturalization Papers .... AND THAT IS IT ......... if you are a US CITIZEN you have one of these items and you need it for travel or to get a license to drive... OTHER WISE we should NOT allow a vote to be cast without it. THIS IS becoming INSANE. I'm fed up with our election system.

"At no time was she asked to show identification; at no time was she asked for her Social Security number; and at no time was she asked if she was a citizen of the United States,"

I wasn't asked any of those questions when I registered to vote, were you?

I was once deputized to register people to vote. I never asked any of those questions. A deputy registrar's job is hand people the application form, let them fill it out, and return it to the voter registration office or deposit it in a U.S. Mail official depository.

It is not the job of a deputy registrar to tell people whether they can vote. They do not have the authority to screen voters. The application form itself asks the qualifying questions. A deputy registrar cannot refuse to let someone register.

If any law was violated then FAIR should pursue criminal prosecution, not simply try to inflame the emotions of xenophobes in order to get more contributions.

Susan Tully actually accomplishes something! Ping

FYI: Susan is a failed candidate for Congress here and the Chair of our County GOP. She has been MIA as far as working for candidates on this election and may actually write in Tancredo for POTUS (or so she has intimated).

This goes a long ways towards her rehabilitation in my book (and I do keep a book). :)

Susan, if you lurk here: Good job.

Ive sent letters to all my congress reps regarding voter fraud and mandatory use of id when voting. Most have not replied and only Kolbe wrote back and said that he thought that it was a state issue not a federal issue therefore he would do nothing. Funny this coming from a guy who is against our state passing a bill which would require us to show proof in order to vote. The RINOs are worse than the liberal democrats.

As I believe in the right to vote as much as anyone, I equally believe that I have a right not to have my vote cancelled out by an illegal alien or felon.

What the heck is so hard about this????

Require valid identification to vote. You need identification to do the following:

1. Cash a check at your bank;
2. Often times a Federal Court House
3. Obtain a hunting permit or state license
4. Rent a car;
5. Get into a bar;
6. Buy alcohol
7. Buy cigarettes

BUT NOT TO VOTE???????????????????

Birth certificates might be okay for males, but females often change their names. In my case, I go by "Judy" and a married last name. No way does either of those names match my birth certificate.

What's going to end up happening, I betcha, is that this situation is going to push the National ID card forward to a favorable position for some people. I don't know which is scarier - illegal aliens voting or a National ID card.

I couldnt agree with you more. Now we need Bush and the Rep. to get some balls after 04 and get some control in our voting system. I can guarantee it wont happen with the current lot in there. They are chickens but I hope Im wrong.

Its ridiculous. The only people not in favor of Identification to vote are radical hispanic groups, RAT operatives, and felons.

In Colorado you have to produce a form of identification--here a utility bill will do.

It's too bad that the Stupid Party has allowed their globalist open borders policy to now jeopardize our free elections...I'll save the best for Nov. 3rd, after I've voted for Bush.

You're joking, right?

Centralized Federal Government put a tracking number on all people that are uninformed/dumb enough to use it. It's called the SS#.

The proponents then were Communist sympathizers, if NOT OUTRIGHT COMMUNISTS.

"Ver ah yo papaz!?"

I hope the people that did it are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Some Prison time would be nice.
