Don't be too upset. I just returned from a 3,000

mile trip throughout the Southeast. Wherever you go

it's the same. People think Kerry is a joke and most

don't even take him as as serious candidate. I

worked a trade show in Greenville N.C. We couldn't get

the door opened to load our wares. One mfgs. Rep commented,

"first it works and then it doesn't". The whole room

erupted into laughter. Everyone knows what a joke f'ing

is and we will win.

One of the few possible ways for County officials know of missing ballots is to have heard at least indirectly from postal employees that such had happened. It'd have to be postal employees who would sign affidavits, presumably, to get such a "fact" into evidence. Dim County executives colluding with Dim postal employees to scream "election fraud!"

It would appear the Republicans have nothing to do with this problem.

"Wait a minute here! The Reps have been in control and have had FOUR YEARS to fix this crap. Jeb Bush had PLENTY of time to fix it in Florida and Bush had plenty of time to fix it nationwide, if that had been their goal. Apparently, it was a low priority for them. I'm starting to wonder why."

Wait a minute, yourself! The GOP hasn't "been in control" of the election machinery of Southeast Florida, the DEMOCRATS hold a virtual MONOPOLY in those counties. The only way Jeb Bush could have fixed anything was to take away the election function from the counties and give it to the State of Florida. I'm sure you can appreciate what a "fascist" he would be called if he tried that.

As for President Bush, elections have never been a function of the Federal government. Can you name one Democrat who favored federalizing the system these past 4 years? Be serious.

Interesting. This exact thing happened to my wife. We both sent in our cards for our absentee ballots; I got mine several days later, and hers never appeared. A call to the Sarasota Supervisor of Elections office revealed that they had no record at all. Luckily, we resubmitted and got her another ballot in time.

I smell a RAT.

It is the MSM and the Kerry campaign that is desperate and losing. They are trying their hardest to make this story an issue because this is their so called "October Surprise." It is a weak story and the MSM and Kerry campaign's only chance to keep this story alive is to try to engage Bush on it.

Bush is not biting. He is letting the Republicans slug it out with the media and he is staying above the fray. I really don't think this issue is taking any effect on this election. The only effect I see it having is making our troops and the people that support them mad.

If MSM thought the conservative base was mad about CBS Memogate, they whipped up a hornet's nest on this one. This election will be won with who gets out their base and MSM just did their job for Bush. The base is very mad over this garbage coodinated story and MSM will be in "shock and awe" after the electorate votes for Bush overwhelmingly.

This is not just a vote against John Kerry and the liberals but also the leftist MSM and their supporters.

Is Ft. Lauderdale part of Broward County? If so, stop all cruising from that area. All of it. You can fly to Nassau or any other island that is large enough for a plane to take a cruise. Hurt 'em in the wallets.

Who would ever trust the mail to deliver their vote? Please tell me our military men and women do not send their ballots by snail mail.

"I'm starting to wonder why."

For the same reason they have done NOTHING about the illegal activist federal judges ...

The LOVE the power that will bring them when they get their judges in!

It takes all the responsibility away from Congress for laws - which is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!

there is only ONE SOLUTION (less than civil war) and that is to remove ALL sitting politicians and judges - allow people to hold, at most, two terms at govt offices (any and all).

The Motor Voter law is a disaster. The purpose of the law was twofold:

First, it increases the opportunity for fraud, for reasons John Fund has cited.

Second, it increases the number of stupid and lazy voters. That means more Democrat voters. The premise behind Motor Voter was that there were millions of potential voters out there who were too stupid to realize they could register to vote, or too lazy to go down to the court house and register. The assumption was that those voters would be Democrats, since the stupid and the lazy usually are. So Motor Voter allowed them to register when they renewed their drivers' license. Renewing, or obtaining, a drivers' license is something almost everyone has to do, so Motor Voter allows them to register to vote without suffering the horrendous ordeal of a trip down to the court house.

In addition, the 'Rats added a provision to the bill allowing people to register when they sign up for welfare or food stamps, but they DEFEATED adding a provision allowing people to register when they join the military. Nice, huh?

It's now or never. We need some pictures in the press of people in chains being arrested over this.

Otherwise, this behavior will only be encouraged by the motto "crime pays."

It has to be obvious that voter fraud does not pay.

I live in the Keys. A friend mailed me a letter from Marathon and it took "7 days" to go 40 miles. The post office is a disaster any where you go.

probably, I don't think anyone would be concerned otherwise.

Stuff the ballot box til you get the results you want.
