It's nice of Mr. Dee Dee Myers to try to make sense of Kerry's inconsistent votes on Iraq. They make no sense to me, other than Kerry's a political opportunist who is liberal at heart. Mr. Dee Dee Myers' excuses for Kerry don't make sense. In particular:
"I think he's been effective, given the fact that he's been in the political minority for much of the time," said Darrell M. West, a Brown University professor who has followed Mr. Kerry's career. "He hasn't passed major legislation, but he wasn't usually in a position to do that. When you're in the minority, you just can't move things.''
Umm... The Democrats were in the majority for about half of Kerry's Senate career. Why does he have no legislative record to show for those years?
And why couldn't the Slimes spend one paragaph in four pages to mention Kerry's abysmal Senate attendance record? Oh yeah, they're biased. He's gotten such a free pass from the liberal media on his absence from intelligence committee hearings that it's sickening.

Did you know that Cheney's daughter is a lesbian and that Dick is taking kickbacks from Halliburton and Bush lost 300+ tons of explosives and now they are being smuggled into the country by ship but we won't find them, because Bush only checks one ship a week..

If kerry did such good work for the POW's and MIA's how come the families of these men have a group called POW'S and MIA families against Kerry. Kerry was investigated during his POW work for shredding documents of sightings of POW's in Vietnam. I can't believe anyone would give him credit for doing anything for someone that served in our military.
