I hope the state has more evidence than the ludicrous testimony of the guy in the airplane. Otherwise theyre just wasting taxpayers money.

While I might be persuaded that the kid wasn't going 205, I have no doubt he was going Really Really Really fast. Pleading "not guilty" is just an insult to the decorum I wish to maintain in my courtroom. (Well, in my dreams huh)
You get the idea though. There are places to go if kids want to drive like that. Our highways have enough carnage as it is with lawful drivers. There's absolutely NO excuse to put other innocent motorists at risk because this guy is an idiot.
