Daily Recycler has posted the clip from the debate where Kerry claims he met with the UN Security Council the week before the debate.
This is not Hugh or Series.......I'm disappointed after all of the hype this weekend.
The new Bush AD tomorrow will show Kerry making these remarks and cut to the headline where the Wash. Times say the meeting never happened :-)
Bush's reaction says it all.
haha - he was caught! lol
The clip is great!
"I went to meet with the members of the Security Council in the week before we voted. I went to New York, with my wife - Morgan Fairchild. That's right - Morgan Fairchild... "
U dont find it serie that a man running on honesty and calling his oppononet more or less a liar, is caught redhanded in a lie?
We all know Kerry is a liar, but in this last week before election day, an AD that shows the U.N. Diplomats contradicting Kerry's assertion that he met with the entire security counsel members is very damaging IMHO. I say use this video against the Wash. Times headline that quotes several U.N. big wheels shooting down Kerry's claims and it can be quite useful
That is an awesome clip. The DNC is going to regret using the Presidents facial expressions against him now! It is clear what GW was thinking, BULLSH*T! or as we say in Texas...."BULLSH*T!"
I agree. You can see that President Bush knew Kerry was lying through his teeth. The President's face tells the story.
I can hear Kerry saying now, that depends on the meaning of 'all' the members of the security council.
His goose should be really cooked now. Please let it be so.
BTTT
Thanks. Brings to mind this one, too:

Kerry lies daily.
He said there was no connection b/t Iraq and Al Qaeda.
He said Bush let Osama get away at Tora Bora.
He has lied about the draft.
He has lied about the economy, saying this is worse than Hoover.
He lied about being in Cambodia.
He said Saddam wasn't a threat.
He said Bush hyped the terror threat.
He berates Bush for not bringing France, Russia and Germany to the table...while knowing about the Oil for Food Scandal.
I could go on and on...
This man has no soul, is it really this surprising that he'd be caught in yet ANOTHER lie? I knew he was full of sh*t when he said it.
The point is, Powerline and the rest of the blogging community was hyping this story. It seemed like something earthshattering, perhaps footage of him burning the flag.....
But all that hype just for another lie? I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the general public won't see this as an issue.
He is going to regret saying that!
You may be right. Especially when you consider that a story in today's Washington Post contradicts the version he told at the debate.
From the article, called Kerry's Need for Speed:
In the fall of 2002, Kerry roared his motorcycle north from Boston to visit with his sick mother. He was no longer a young man in a hurry but a gray-haired man with a problem prostate, who set his cell phone on the loudest ring so he could hear it. Kerry's mother lay in bed, in her modest apartment in Manchester-by-the-Sea, her days waning. She wore a pin on her nightgown, "I'm John's Mom." Kerry bent down next to her and told her he was running for president.
"There was determination in her voice," recalled Cam, Kerry's brother. "A particular set of her jaw to one side, like she was fixed on an idea."
She held her Johnny's fingers in her bony, veined hand and said:
"It's about time."
What happened to his claim that he broke the news to his mother during a visit to her at the hospital? More important, what happened to her supposed answer of "Integrity, integrity, integrity"?
I am really confused. I have clicked on each link posted here and I still can't figure out if he met with or not.
If he didn't, he lied AGAIN and this needs to get out fast.
or
If he did, is he allowed to meet with them?
Please help me out here; I'm really slow at 2:05am
