Dunno. I do know the northern part of WV is the affluent and the southern part is the poorer and demoncRAT. That's why Bobby "Kleagle" Byrd keeps getting re-elected.

Kerry gave up on advertising there and cancelled a planned visit. Bush will take West Virginia, again, and by a larger margin.

I believe Kerry's campaign has ceased advertising and pulled their staff out of WV. It's going red again...
