This is absolutely, without question, an edited image. A baby's foot could never be so well defined from the outside no matter how hard-pressed against the internal organs.
Still, it is very well done and is a great illustration. A pro-life group could use this if they could get permission from the copyright owner.
But there should be no copyright owner. If it's a lie, how can there be a copyright owner?
