How dare anyone threaten the ego of any LEO / Government Worker. She is darn lucky to get off with her deserved punishment. To be perfectly honest all subjects should be forced to bow in the presence of LEO / Government Workers, and learn to obey authority.

Sorry, but this guy doesn't think the cop was justified in tasing a 75-year-old woman. I can't imagine a circumstance where a grown man could not handle a woman that age without the aid of a taser.
Had he tased my 80-year-old mother, he'd have some serious 'splainin' to do, directly to me. Never mind the investigation.

I consider this officer to have displayed an extraordinary amount of bravery. Relying on a measly taser to subdue the grave threat posed by a seventy five year old woman without immediatly calling for back up and resorting to heavy weaponry is an obvious act of heroism. An average police officer would not have taken such chances with their safety in such an overt attempt to accommodate a citizen. It is surpising that she was not gunned down immediatly in a hail of gunfire with a team of officers jumping up and down on her head afterward while beating her repeatedly with billy clubs for good measure. Certainly this would have been the normal response. I guess this was this dangerous criminal's lucky day.

The Rock Hill Police Department is investigating why an officer used an electric stun gun on a 75-year-old woman who refused to leave a nursing home where she had gone to visit an ailing friend. Because, for the average jackbooted thug, it's easier to use violence than brains.
