I wonder if there's one in WA. Typically I take a cynical view of state politics here: our 'Rat gubernatorial candidate has a morbid fixation on life-destroying stem-cell research and is hammering her opponent for opposing this. In fact, it's the centerpiece of her campaign.

So my guess would be, unless it destroys life, there would be nothing like that here...
