You might call these Kerry statements "exaggerations."

they forgot the story skerry told about hunting in SD. During the time he would have been hunting the "assault weapons" ban was still in place. this time the gun was called an AK47,last time the story was told it was an assault weapon.A lot of good the ban did then, right?

Kerry is an absolute MORON. When listening to the debate I actually found myself daydreaming when he was talking because during his answers, he NEVER pauses. He never gives the listener time to digest what has just been said.
On the other hand, although I suspect it's not intentional, The President frequently takes a break or two when he's speaking. When listening to GW, I found myself actually curious to hear what he's going to say next... especially during his pauses.

Didn't Kerry also say that he received a long voice-mail message from his close friend Christopher Reeve. However, at the time of the message Mr. Reeve was reported to have been in a coma ?
Why is this not being brought to light ?

KERRY: I have a record of fighting for fiscal responsibility. In 1985, I was one of the first Democrats broke with my party. We balanced the budget in the '90s. We paid down the debt for two years.
Wrong, the national debt rose every year during the '90's.
Any budget surplus was spent under Clinton, not used to pay down the national debt.
A budget surplus is just like you getting a surprise bonus at work. It is not included on your family budget but it gets spent anyways.

2. According To The New York Times, "Kerry Was Not Accurate When He Said He Had Shown 'Exactly How' He Intended To Pay For All His Spending Proposals." Quite the understatement. Kerry's key proposal of restoring the old tax rates on those earning more than $200,000, overstates the revenue generated by some 300%. Considering that is his biggest revenue generator, or tax increase, that is a whopper of an exaggeration.

11. FactCheck.Org: Kerry's Claim That "I Have A Plan To Cover All Americans" For Health Care Is An Exaggeration When "His Plan Wouldn't Cover All Americans."
As reported by MSNBC and Foxnews, Kerry's plan would only cover 25.2 Million versus the 45 Million. Guess his ALL is really 56%.

Kerry also said that a terrorist can now go into any gun show and buy an AK-47 without a background check. The only way that can happen at a gun show is if a private individual that owns an AK-47 sells it directly to the terrorist. If that is the case, the terrorist doesn't need to go to a gun show to get it. They can do that in the back alley. Gun dealers are required to conduct back ground checks on a gun buyer no matter what kind of gun it is.

* Nina Easton, The Boston Globe: Sen. Ted Kennedy "Carried The Water" On Children's Health Insurance Bill And Was "Angry" At The Time That Kerry Took Credit. (CNN's "NewsNight With Aaron Brown," 10/13/04)LOL, this one struck me as funny. Some really good stuff here. I've heard the "jobs lost at 1.6 million when it is actually only 600k" one before, but the Bush campaign needs to hammer it home.

Somebody ought to get these to Sean Hannity so he can deliver something to his audience besides a blank stare when Colmes reads off his 'Bush inaccuracies' list.
