What a goofball. Still trading on daddy's name after all these years. He is nothing without that.

I agree, how can anyone be the judge of who is a fit parent and who is not. This makes me sick! The one who is unfit is RON!!

Ron Reagan.. YOUR DAD is ashamed of you and tears from heaven drip down on your behavior. However, He is filled with pride from his son Micheal Reagan... the true Reagan.

OOPS! Must have been daydreaming. Just imagined that the October surprise was a 30 sec message turned into an ad from President Reagan supporting George W Bush over that sissy boy Massachusetts liberal.

Sources said call was made during a miraculous but brief moment before he slipped away.

As much as I admired President Reagan, I find that his son is totally out of whack. If one of the candidates running against his father had brought up his sexuality like Kerry did Cheney's daughter, I would have to say the outrage would be the same. It's one thing to ask the person first if it is OK to use their name before you do. It's another to just go ahead and do it. That's what is rotten about it. Kerry's campaign believes she is fair game. She's not. She's not the one running for office. Give her the privacy that you would want for yourself.

A coworker of mine shares this relevant remark:

"Ron Reagan being gay doesn't offend me. His being an a$$hole is what offends me."

Cheney's not ashamed of her daughter

Not ashamed of daughter; incensed about Kerry's exploiting of her to score political points.

Exactly. Do they think they have stumbled onto some kind of strategy with this pathetic attempt to turn this into a Cheney problem? Their hatred of this administration has deafened them to their own nonsense.

In their view, the hole is ours. In the public's view, I think it will all depend on what everyone does from this point on. Everyone understands the Cheney's are in an awkward situation. The 'rats will exploit it and look foolish only if we don't bite. But too much reaction from us one way or the other could make it all backfire, imo. Just drop it. That's the smartest and hardest road to take sometimes.

See, the Kerry team is mega hypocritical on the gay marriage issue. They would love nothing more than to force us into a hypocritcal position as well. We shouldn't bite.

This idiot missed the point, you don't use your opponents family for polital gain especially in a presidential race. ronnie jr. needs a slap in the head.

What a scab. He just doesnt get what was wrong with Kerrys statement, what an imbecile. Its not that Mary is gay or that everybody already knows it, or even if Lynne and Dick support and love her, not ashamed of her. But its the fact that Kerry trried to use for political purposes the personal life of a competitors DAUGHTER.

I'm guessing there are some two million people who loved Ronald Reagan more than that dung beetle who calls himself a son. He besmirches a great man's name and memory.

"Being a gay person, being a lesbian, is not a pejorative..."

"Then why doesn't the ballerina ask Kerry why he brought it up?"

You nailed it F16Fighter.

Not only is Ron an afront to Reagan but he is also an afront to ballet. Lots of really athletic normal guys go into dance because of some of the hot females in the dance troop.

The reason Russian prima ballerinas marry male ballet stars is that when you can move like those dance goddesses it is hard to marry a mere awkward man.
