There is some amazing stuff in this complaint: http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/1013043mackris15.html
There are a lot of details, names, dates, times, phone calls, etc. that can easily be checked. For example, O'Reilly urges the plaintiff to get a vibrator, O'Reilly suggests a threesome, etc.
O'Reilly's credibility is shot.
How would you check that stuff? Doesn't seem easy to check to me. More like he said, she said stuff. But I agree with the poster above who said O'Reilly is in love with himself.
They're real and spectacular, I guess.
I'll withhold comment until the details come out. But O'Reilly can be seen as a target due to his big bank account.
hate to say it... but when you read this it sounds like she was an active participant
She frequently mentions long passages of dialog with "" quotes as to what O'Reilly said, and then says Plaintif declined to participate, then goes on for many more paragraphs...
1) Since she quotes him (verbatim?) why doesn't she include her quote.
2) Why would O'Reilly continue for many more paragraphs if she DECLINED
It sounds to me like his quotes are out of context.
Was her declination "Oh Bill now stop that..(giggle)" or "Sir that is language I dont care to hear- please stop this instant or I will contact the authorities"
Do you see the difference? Am I wrong?
HUH? Why?

I am NO O'Reilly fan, but as someone who has been through this kind of thing and seen others go through it, I believe NOTHING this woman sez until I see evidence.
He is completely innocent in my mind until voice recordings come out. And then those MUST be verified to be his voice.
Remember Clarence Thomas? As one elderly woman said: "He's innocent. How do I know? Simple: Where are the other women?"
This story has a ways to go before I will form an opinion.
No it isn't. It might be later if the woman produces convincing evidence.

If O'Reilly is telling the truth, and its just an extorsion attempt, then one would expect the accuser to gather some true details like phone records etc, but simply lie about the nature of them.
Wow, I just went thru 4 or 5 pages of that..
He is done if this is true.
