Expect to hear "he can run but he cant hide" a whole lot more the next 3 weeks.

This should be the theme from now until election day (barring some event). Every bad vote of Kerry's career should be offered up in hard hitting speeches by President Bush and others.

Went to the Iowa rally today in Waterloo...Dubya was fantastic!!!
There were around 7,000 according to the local news reports...I'd have to put it closer to 10,000 myself, the infield of the ball diamond and the stands were packed!
The crowd went nuts when AirForce One flew overhead and that was nothing compared to when Dubya and Laura stepped out onto the podium!!
When Bush mentioned Kerry's "Global Test" someone hollared out "Give him an "F"!!" Nice way to determine what the "F" in John F'n Kerry stands for!!!
The "He Can Run...But...He Cannot Hide" line was chorused by most of the people in the crowd when Bush started repeating the line...it was very cool!!
The President took Kerry to the woodshed Friday night and he looks to be back in top form out on the campaign trail too!!!

The one thing I still can't crunch numberwise about this presidential contest:

How can Bush consistently draw 10,000-30,000 EVERYWHERE, while Kerry is drawing, what, 300-500 union people per appearance?

HOW CAN THIS ELECTION EVEN BE CLOSE? WHY DID THEY KILL THE AOL STRAW POLL (1 AOL member, 1 vote, showed Bush carrying EVERYTHING except DC)

The only way I can conceive of this election being to the wire, is through massive fraud being factored in. What do you think?

I ws watching Fox tonight briefly (Geraldo) and the babe following Kerry said that he spoke to an "overflow crowd of...200"! I laughed out loud! I can't stand to hear Kerry speak, so I mute the sound and watch the audience. Frowns and boredom all around. At Bush's rallies, smiles, laughter and raucous cheering.

If the media wasn't campaigning for Kerry, Bush would be 20 points ahead.

I was there today too and it was a fantastic rally!

The President is great with a crowd. His opener, 'I had an interesting time last night,' had people hooting and hollering.

When he talked about how he could barely contain a smirk (I'm probably misquoting) when Kerry said at the debates, that he has always had one position on Iraq was hilarious.

He hit all the right points when it came to serious issues with incredible conviction and passion.

President Bush is truly the man for our times!

God bless you W!

As a bonus, he promised he'd be back in MN before the election.

Time to sign up for the final 72-hour phone bank marathon MN freepers!

We need EVERY Republican to vote this time around. One of the speakers (Ebensteiner?) said that if just 2 more voters in each precinct would've voted for President Bush in 2000, this state would've been in the red.

That's stunning to me and very motivating.

Let's put MN in the GW column!

It was live on C-Span. He is so much more a positive person than the Lurchenmeister.

Saw part of it on CSPAN. Huge crowd. I've never seen anything like that for a Kerry rally.

I've got a buddy running for office as a Republican up in Ely, Minnesota. It tends to vote democrat (union miners). But, he tells me that the whole area has been going more and more Republican, all the time. He actually thinks he has a chance to win, especially with Kerry as the democrat on the Presidential ballot. Those folks are huge hunting and fishing fans, and they don't trust Kerry at all on the environmental issues. Every stream that the enviro's close to protect some endangered minnow, every field the enviro's close to protect some endangered weed; costs some of those folks money, because some of those same miners also work in the tourism industry during the summer.

Friday's performance has reinvigorated the President. He's got that swagger again, and Kerry better look out on Wednesday night. President Bush electrifies crowds wherever he goes. He's a personable man, and even if you don't agree with his politics, you can't help but like him. The same thing can't be said for Kerry. He's acting like the king who's forced to leave the castle to mingle with his subjects, and hating every minute of it.

MN freepers,

KARE-11 News just had a whiny Veterans for Kerry guy on saying he was kept a mile away from the rally because they wouldn't let him any closer due to his shirt.

What a bunch of BS. I saw the same guy right outside of the gate.

MSM at their finest.

I'm e-mailing them pronto!

Read in the Gainesville Sun today that the Dave Matthews band, part of the Moveon.org PAC only sold 10k tickets in Gainesville, FL. The liberal pit of the south with 1000's of college students, 85,000 is the typical number at a Gator game. The Dave Matthews band is kinda a home town favorite too. Matthews made a point of keeping the political rehetoric to a bare minimum. Hmmmm..........

Yeah!!!! My peeps! MN is so wonderful. I'm glad, weather-wise, to be in So. California, but what a great place to grow up. Go VIKINGS tomorrow! Thanks for treating our dear President with good 'ol fashion MN hospitality.

--Sure wish California was a swing state. I hate the fact that because of San Fran and L.A., we don't get to see much of the President. I understand though.

San Diego WILL go RED for the President --- ESPECIALLY MY PRECINCT!!!

.

Hey ARNOLD....how many personal appearances have you had with your President???

If only he'd use his "rally" voice instead of his whiney voice at the debates!
