Last night Edwards said " Kerry voted 600? times to reduce taxes" Do you have info on that?

I asked the same thing and could find no answers - since he moans that we haven't spent the whole $87 Billion (that he actually voted for, before he voted against it) maybe Edwards meant that Kerry wants to reduce the amount of our taxes the government holds on to, in order to make room for all the money "generated" by the new taxes he would propose.
