Cheney missed many opportunities to respond to the primary charges the Kerry/ Edwards campaign is leveling againsgt the Administration- esp. the "no plan to win the peace" charge.

And Edwards clearly outlined the Kerry/Edwards plan for Iraq?

I heard Edwards talk about several plans that he and Kerry have but I heard no clear definitions of those plans. Are they still 'secret' plans????

When Edwards brought up Halliburton for the third time, I fully expected Cheney to say, "Isn't that rhyme getting a little bit old?" or "STFU"...............

Cheney laid out the plan rather succinctly. Get an election in place and watch the legitimacy of the "insurgents" crumble as happened in El Salvador. That has always been the plan, to bring some decent self-governance to Iraq. The Economist laid the whole case out this week how elections are the means to transforming the situation on the ground.
