I think this url is a George Soros hack, since many people mistake .org and .com. Cheney mispoke, but Soros set up the url hack.
It is intesting of all sites this one has Soros attached to it
I'm sure there is an expert html freeper who can decipher line 1 better than I can. The important part of the html is line 2. That's the line that turns the web link which says it is factcheck.com into the url of the George Soros site. The trick is that the link says one thing, but the html defining it says another, thus tricking the unwary!
