How many times have the US Supreme Court had to over-turn a decision from this liberal court?

The Constitution provides for the Congress to decide the jurisdiction of courts.

OK, now how do us folks in CA get out from under? 8-}
Along these lines - there's been discussion over the years of breaking CA into three states: Northern, Central, and Southern. Yes, please. Anything to get SoCal away from the leftist loonies in the Bay Area.

Just never thought about how that part of the court system was set up. This is pretty cool....if it can really be done in the end.

However, the measure, which passed by a vote of 205-194, was not expected to become law because of strong opposition in the Senate. It is part of a larger bill that passed by voice vote and would create 58 new judgeships across the nation.
*sighs*
