The statistics are wrong! The numbers are WAY too low. The Hispanic numbers are MUCH higher, I promise. And yes, Bedford County has the highest percentage of Latinos in Tennessee by far. The hospital there can't make financial ends meet because of it.

I imagine it could be much more --- many of the illegals aren't counted --- even here where they can come up with over 80% in the census there are cries of outrage by hispanic groups who claim discrimination for their numbers being under-counted and demand extra federal money be given to make up for those missed in the census.
