Why is Hart against Bush?
Hart's magnum opus (The Patriot Act) was enacted by the Bush administration. One would think Hart wouls appreciate having his work being the centerpiece of a Republican Administration's policy. (Goes for co-author Andrew Young, too.)
Perhaps Hart would Rather have Kerry using the powers in the Patriod Act.
