We've registered over 3 million with the RNC Registration Rig. The difference is that registrants have to go to the rig to register through it, and not just register because someone comes and knocks on the door.

There not going to bother even knocking on a door. The massive registration drive is cover, to make more plausible the results of their steal. They do not intend to rely on actual voters. They will simply print all the votes they think they need.
