Yeah. Send $15 Billion. Fund and praise the only program (Uganda's) in Africa that's actually been able to reduce infection rates. Yeah, that's real posturing.

Anybody that exposes themselves to HIV/AIDS or any other STD in this day and age has absolutely no one to blame but themselves. I mean who other than a mentally retarded person would have a legitimate excuse? anyone trying to blame the government, a president, school system etc. etc.. deserves only contempt. they are grinding a political Axe. IMHO.
