"Turn out the lights......the party's over" - Dandy Don
Coming to EA Sports...
Madden Poetry Reading 2005... If its gay... it's in the game!
Anyone else watching? Yeah, that interference call was bad...
Well, after watching my Skins screw up the 1st and goal..
Cosell was a hardcore liberal who would probably be very supportive of the views of the Queer Eye. I'm just glad he's IN his grave!!
One of the guys on the Benefactor used to work in our office...that's the only reason I'm watching it....
Me, I'm hoping Monday Night Football will go to Fox. If it goes to CBS, I won't be watching it. Period.
I won't go through the litany of reasons, but I stopped following the NFL five years ago. I don't even waste time with the Super Bowl. Time was when I was a "die hard" fan of both the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers (of what, Lambert Field fame?).
Anyway, it took several weeks of painful withdrawal before I stopped missing Sunday afternoon TV. Then a whole new world opened to me. Between Sunday and Monday night, it opened about 10 hours per week for other things. It's heavenly.
It sounds like you may have added another reason to my litany. Give it up. I promise you will live longer and enjoy life more.
Spinning in his grave? Howard Cosell was a complete idiot. Don't forget he made his legend praising Mohammed Ali joining The Religion Of Peace (tm).
Typical Howard Cosell:
Take a look at this here. The Yankee fans are going nuts, looking for a home run. They don't seem to realize that one Reginald Martinez Jackson is at the plate. Folks, we might as well go home, this game is over. No way does this batter hit one out. The pitch: a soft fly ball to deep short. Looks like maybe the left fielder should put this one away. He backs up and this ball is gone. Home Run for #44. Just like I said, folks.
That man was an idiot, an a$$hole, and a subversive, and the most arrogant man to ever live.
Probably queer as a three dollar bill.
</font size> He just shook his head and gave me a look that was my cue to "Stifle."
You talkin' 'bout that redskin reciever?lol
Few seemed to support Dennis Miller, but I enjoyed that so much; often I turn the sound down now, but I found I was missing if I tuned Miller out.
And I'm not all that big of a fan of Miller but on Monday Night football, he was excellent.
I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I just flipped over to Seinfeld. It was one of the lamest episodes ("The Reverse Peephole"), but better than watching that.
Eisner,Disney are leading the Gay movement.
They are not Christians; indeed, they detest them. They have their own set of values they wish to impose on us.
Hey, what would you expect from a sport where they dress up in shoulder pads and spandex, and call themselves "tight ends" and "Wide Receivers"
Football seasons over, mate. http://afl.com.au/
