Wisconsin talk radio host Mark Belling (who subs for Rush) on his 9/27/04 show updated listeners on the potential for MASSIVE DEMOCRAT VOTE FRAUD in Wisconsin.
The groundwork for this potential fraud is being laid primarily by a group known as the NEW VOTERS PROJECT (http://www.newvotersproject.org/), which is operating in several states. Volunteers solicit people to fill out Wisconsin voter registration application forms (A sample form can be found at http://elections.state.wi.us/pdf/EB-131%20Voter%20Registration%20App.pdf). According to Belling, the New Voters Project has submitted over 100,000 registration forms to municipalities all over southeastern Wisconsin.
Normally the registration application forms have to be accompanied by some form of identification. The key here is that NEW VOTERS PROJECT OPERATIVES HAVE BEEN DEPUTIZED AS VOTER REGISTRANTS AND THEY ARE THE ONES DOING THE REGISTERING!
Thus, the entire election process relative to registrants by mail may now be entrusted to political operatives who can solicit a registration, solicit an absentee ballot, and mail everything in for the alleged voter, all the while attempting to exercise influence over that voter. Presumably, no such advocacy activity would be allowed at the polling place.
Belling stressed to his listeners, and has made the point on his show repeatedly, that THE ONLY TIME DURING THE VOTING PROCESS THAT A PERSON NEEDS TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION IS WHEN THE PERSON REGISTERS. That means that once a person is registered, anyone can walk into the polling place, or vote absentee in that person's name, without showing i.d. Again, the New Voters Project operatives are the ones doing the registering.
Several callers to Belling's 9/27 show indicated that they knew of phony registrations. Belling asked the poignant question: why would someone go to the trouble of submitting a fraudulent registration if they weren't trying to follow it up with a fraudulent vote?
The scale of this potential fraud is MASSIVE. As noted, the New Voters Project has submitted over 100,000 registration applications in Wisconsin.
1. Call or visit your local election office and ask to can see the voter registration applications (sample form is linked above) submitted by New Voters Project volunteers. Ask for the names of any New Voters Project operatives who have been "deputized."
2. If the election office can't or won't identify the forms submitted by New Voters Project operatives, then ask if you can see the forms submitted by any person who has recently been deputized as a "special registration deputy." Failing that, ask to see all forms submitted en masse by one person or organization.
3. If you get to see all the forms submitted by these operatives, ask for copies of these forms, or write down the names and addresses of the supposed registrants. Do as much as you can.
4. Look those supposed registrants up in the phone book or elsewhere to see if their addresses match up, or it they even exist. If they don't, bring this to the attention of the election officials in your area. Ask that these people be contacted and asked whether they legitimately registered. Tell the clerk you will do the calling, and ask if you can be deputized for that purpose.
5. Call a few of the people whose registration applications have been submitted. Tell them you are a private citizen (unless you get deputized) checking the registration rolls in your area. Ask them if they registered and if they showed a valid i.d. to the person registering them.
6. Bring any questionable names to the attention of your election clerk. Call the newspaper and tell them about it as well. Call the local television station and tell them.

This is great but the BC/04 Campaign needs to be made aware of this, if they're not already, and jump on this NOW !!!
While Jimmy Carter tries to misdirect everyone's attention to Florida, this kind of crap may well be going on in many other states.
Is someone keeping track of these? Wisconsin, Ohio (CLeveland), Indiana (Gary), NYC,...etc etc
Hope they expose them all before the election. Have some consequences for the actions ......10-20 years.

How can someone explain the large increases in voter registrations? Are the people of Wisconsin seeing 100,000 new people on the roads and in the stores? Are there new homes for 100,000 people popping up?

Are we doomed to deciding elections in the court system? Even if W wins this thing outright, electorally on election night, it's looking like we're being set up for another flurry of "challenges" which could throw the elections into doubt. To wit, what would it take for Dems to contest vote totals, or charge fraud in swing states like FL, OH, WI, and PA?
Be warned, as was pointed out in an article earlier today, this election will have huge ramifications for the future course of the judiciary, the politics of the left, social issues, etc. I fully expect the Democrats will do nothing short of openly revolt when John Kerry, Mama T., Chairman Carter, and maybe even Chancellor Annan get up and proclaim the election was "stolen"...
A couple of FBI arrests and well publicized prosecutions would be a step in the right direction.
Voter fraud should have a minimum 10 year sentence.
In recent weeks, the Dems and the media have been busy suggesting that the Republicans are planning on stealing the election. These accusations are made without any proof; but when there are signs of real voter fraud, it always seems to be Dems who are involved.
Well, the second will probably happen regardless. If kerry pulls off a win, sooner rather than later, I suppose.
Just cut off their hands... both! Isn't that what the Imam would say?
Chapter two of the book, "The Myth of the Stolen Election" is especially interesting. Brings back the memory of Free Republic threads by Robert A. Cook PE on the subject of 2000 Florida overvotes (nail pressed through Al Gore hole on every ballot rendering George Bush ballots as overvotes while not affecting the Al Gore ballots).
Even if this weren't fraud, you wouldn't necessarily see 100,000 new people in town. Only about half the electorate votes or keeps their voter registration current.
