"maybe we need to start decapping all our prisoners of war? and film it? and broadcast it?"

Maybe, or maybe we should just shoot them. They gotta be killed though, ASAP.

Iraq group says kills two Italian hostages
Wed 22 September, 2004 23:36

DUBAI (Reuters) - An Islamist group in Iraq has said it killed two female Italian hostages in a statement posted on an Internet site not often used by Iraqi militants.

The group, calling itself the Jihad Organisation, said it had killed the women because Italy had not obeyed its call to withdraw its forces from Iraq.

A group with a similar name, the Islamic Jihad Organisation, said on September 12 that it would kill the hostages in 24 hours if Italian troops did not leave Iraq.

"We in the Jihad Organisation in Iraq announce that God's verdict has been passed on the two Italian prisoners by slaughtering, after the Italian government headed by the vile (Prime Minister Silvio) Berlusconi did not listen to our one condition to withdraw from Iraq," the statement said.

"We warn the Italian government that we will continue to strike, and to strike every foreigner living in Iraq," said the statement, dated September 22.

It was not possible to authenticate the message.

A purported statement by the previously unknown Islamic Jihad Organisation had said earlier in the month: "We will extend our deadline 24 hours from the issue of this statement, after that if we don't see Italian soldiers withdrawing from Iraq we will implement execution".

That statement, which was followed by a tour of Gulf countries by Italian Foreign Minister Franco Frattini to appeal for the hostages' release, appeared on another Web site which often carried statements which turned out to be false. That site is currently inaccessible.

Simona Pari and Simona Torretta, who worked on projects to help Iraqi children, were the first Western women to be kidnapped in Iraq, where anti-Western militants have seized and killed dozens of people since last year.

They, and two Iraqi colleagues, were seized on September 7 from a charity office where they worked in the heart of Baghdad.

They need to get both Saddam Hussein and that woman, Chemical Ali, or whatever they call her on trial and sentenced to death. Get it overwith NOW.

Doesn't matter. Any old excuse will do for the jihadists.

Remember Israel offered the terrorists 97% of what they demanded, and they turned it down. They like killing.

I'm sure Bush's daily "statement of regret" will put a stop to this crap.

Press releases, after all, are much more effective than levelling Fallujah - which would result in bad PR.

This should come as no surprise. They shot children in the back in Russia. They deserve no mercy. We have the tools and the manpower, and sadly, you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs. Innocents have already died in New York, PA., D.C., -- collateral damage. We're already a 'rogue' nation in the eyes of the cowards of this world, who call upon us time after time to pull their irons from the fire. Those overweening elitist Liberals who preach moral equivalency morning, noon, and night -- the Dan Rathers and Kerry's. Well, they're going down in defeat right before our eyes, and it's about time.

I know what you mean - I used to question the Israeli method of bulldozing down terrorist's family houses

Really? I always thought it wasn't enough.

Their only sin was trying to help people. They are truly in heaven by the right Hand of God.

They should let the two Dr. Anthrax and Dr. Germ go, but first make sure they can never add two and two again without taking off their shoes.

I don't understand these foreign terrorists. From what I understand most of the bastards doing this stuff aren't even Iraqi, but mostly Syrian, Palestinian and from other radical nations. Hopefully something is being done to put an end to this. We're still at war, we should treat out enemies as if we're still at war.

Usually I respond to a post like this with a prayer or some words of comfort and faith, but this one strikes a different chord with me and I am livid.

There are two sides to faith.

One side says pray for your enemies and relegate their judgement to him.

The reverse side of the coin is something soldiers and sailors have been told in this country for 200 years: God uses armies and people to execute divine judgement on the evil.

The judgement of Zarqawi and his evil actions is strictly the domain of God. The method of that judgement will be by men. I certainly hope that animal Zarqawi and his minions reap the rewards of their evil at the hands of armed American soldiers, and I hope it is soon before other innocents die.

I only wish I could be there to watch.

Unfortunately, we may have to lose a city or two, before the political will is there, to employ overwhelming force, though I pray this is not the case.

I agree, if they post women being beheaded it will bring a backlash. Despite what others on this thread might think, killing women and children is vastly different-- and more despicable & cowardly-- than killing men.
I hope one of the ramifications for this will be the women of Iraq (or France and their ilk) to tell their husbands and sons to get off their duffs, drink some courage, and go out and fight for their country and start acting like men!

Italy should send a thousand more soldiers for each hostage killed. Same for every nation these scumbags try to blackmail.
