Brian Maloney was once a talk host here in my home town. This town is a liberal cess-pool, but we DO have a fairly conservative AM station. Brian got his start here, and he was wonderful. Then he went to Reno, and I could hear him whenever I went to Tahoe. Didn't know he'd moved to Seattle. He's missed around here.
thanks for the good info.. I dont know him and have never heard him on air... I hope he has a good case to file a suit against them.....the station was on last eve I think ranting that it wasnt the reason he was fired.....
From what I remember about Brian, I'm sure he was ranting a lot about Rather and CBS. He's very well spoken, and very conservative. He'll be fine. He's extremely talented and will be picked up by another station.
The segment is on now. The station claims its because of the Seahawks football games, that they should fill his slot with other hosts.
Brian Maloney sucks as a talk show host.
