It's okay if you want to delete my comments...they will look silly now that the title has been changed, and they will only confuse people.
Thanks for everything!!!

No problem...I should've fixed it in the first place. Thanks for calling my attention to it. In the future, please consider hitting the AR button rather than posting to me or the other mods. We'll see it much faster.
Thanks,
SBM

I thought there would be plenty of time for the word to get out because I posted this on 9/18.
But it seems you are correct. It has received more attention since you got involved.
Thanks for the assist.

READ CAREFULLY... This information can be very misleading.
For example, this information was put forth by Pennsylvania's Secy Cortes in an attempt to buffalo PA's citizens. It won't help PA's overseas servicemen. When you get into the details, you find that PA only accepts ballots via mail. There is no "online voting" or even faxing of ballots allowed. Regardless of what one can download, there is no electronic means to submit one's ballot.
Maybe other states allow electronic submission. Check it out closely.

No one ever CLAIMED you could SUBMIT the ballot electronically.
We're pointing them to a place to DOWNLOAD a ballot they can send in.

Right. To complete the information, people need to realize that depending on their particular state's regulations, there may still be an inherent time crunch. We don't want the awareness of download options to lull people into a slow response. Yes, download a ballot; but do it
now and get it mailed yesterday!
I think we're both trying to be helpful here.

This is shameless...or, really, I am ashamed to bump a post that I had a hand in...
Pleae let your overseas folks know that they can download a ballot and postmark it in time!!!
Thank you so much!!!!

The word has spread. Rush has a brief segment on this and it's dated October 29, 2004. Check out his website. The article is "Rush's Message to Troops Overseas."
