[history]
Just announced on the Chris Baker talk show:
Ken Charles, the Station Manager for 950KPRC in Houston (the largest talk station in Houston) just sent the CBS News VP all his nasty e-mails and told them that CBS will either fire Dan Rather by Monday and come completely clean on the matter or he will take CBS News off the air of his radio stations (he manages two of the largest in Houston).
He took Dan Rather's 4pm top of the hour brodcast off effective immediately and replaced it with Fox news.
He said he will find a way to cancel the CBS contract if they do not resolve this in a manner that retains their credibility as a news source.

Here here! and if other local affiliates don't do likewise their sponsors and local advertisers should be prevented from doing business - by whatever legal means possible - to stop them from propping up this LYING, FRAUDULENT regime known as CBS

Look for CBS to come clean.
This is great!!
The soft-spoken silent majority have risen as one to put a hole in the Goliath of media known as the mainstream press.

Awesome.. we have been telling our local CBS stations here in NC that they are being laughed at for being CBS. As goes Dan Rather.. so goes CBS.. until he is fired. The local guys can not afford to sit around all day and make excuses like the little libs in New York>

We need to send Mr. Charles some messages of support for his taking a stand....God Bless him!!! No, we need to do better than that. We all need to write, or visit, our local CBS affiliates and demand the same from them. Writing to CBS headquarters is fruitless. Write or visit you local CBS station.
Like this Houston station proves, you get more traction voicing your complaints to your loccal station.

It will be interesting to see if this stands. KPRC is a Clear Channel station. If CBS starts exerting pressure on Clear Channel, CC's corporate goons may overrule the local station manager.
