John Kerry on IMUS Tomorrow !
MSNBC ^ | 09/14/2004 | MSNBC

Posted on 09/14/2004 7:33:35 PM PDT by Tribemike

John Kerry is Don Imus' guest tomorrow at 7:29 EST. I know Imus used to suck up to Kerry big time but he has recently said he moved back to "undecided" on the election. Think the I-Man will bushwack Kerry?

Think Imus will ask him about the CBS documents. Clearly its the #1 question to ask.

I have like him ever since he called Al Gore "the most evil man on the planet..." and referred to Ann Richards as "that dried up old prune.."

Kerry's been on Imus for years. He probably feels comfortable enought to know Imus won't say anything too damaging.

Maybe Imus will ask him the question all of America is dying to know: Did John Kerry serve in Vietnam?

No, because Imus is a spineless weasel (as he so affectionately refers to so many). When Kerry gets on the phone, Imus will suck a$$ like he always does.

If he had any balls at all, he would ask him, "Senator Kerry, do you, anyone involved in your campaign, any representative of your campaign, or anyone at the DNC have anything to do with these phoney CBS/Dan Rather letters?"

How do we convince IMUS to ask Kerry to fill out an SF-180? A FReeper needs to deliver one to the studio early in the morning.

Imus. Wow. That's impressive. Is he hitting Howard Stern next? Could it be he's a little desperate?

This obviously doesn't count as going "on camera" for an interview, but it is a big first step for Kerry to pull himself out of isolation. On one hand, I'm disappointed (I'd love it if he stayed in his shell until Nov. 3rd and was trounced by Bush)... on the other hand, that might not be healthy for our Democracy.

I guess this is a test for Kerry: if he passes, his handlers will let him go in front of a camera-wielding journo for another interview... if he fails, you can box up the election right then, it will be over.

Think the I-Man will bushwack Kerry?

I'd give it a 0.03% chance
Any "tough" softballs served to Kerry would be pre-screened.

When was the last time I-Man bushwack anybody left of center?
