Think I'm kidding? Here's the letter:

To: Kraft Foods, Inc.

I felt compelled to write Kraft Foods, Inc. after experiencing a problem with one of your TV comercials. This incident left me feeling upset. I'm writing about Macaroni and cheese

I was watching your TV commercial the other day, and I noticed that your new macaroni and cheese is in the shape of pentagrams. I am sure that this was merely overlooked and not done intentionally; However I would appreciate it if you would discontinue the product.

Your kind attention to this matter is appreciated. Hopefully, I'll hear back from you within 10 business days.

Don't bother replying, the letter's over three years old. Besides, a good friend of mine sent this response at the time:
