Would that be legal?

Of course it's legal. On the other hand, it would be illegal to DENY an abortion to her.

Actually, no. This would be destroying evidence of a crime. But the problem with liberals in power is not always the laws but often the selective enforcement of them.

Of course legacy media will call this harlotwood movie star "pro-choice" even though they really are abortionists. Coercion is not pro-choice. Legacy media will never acknowledge someone to be "pro-life".

Teenagers and even twelve-year-old's have at least as much likelihood of healthy childbirth as other pregnant women AS LONG AS THEY GET PROPER MEDICAL CARE. I emphasize that because teen mothers often do not because of the stigma or because societal expectations.

By the way, most theologians believe Mary was between 12 and 14 when she was mother to Jesus. Early childbirth has been common in history. Delaying to marry and have children is the result of society moving from an agricultural to an industrial economy, resulting in requiring more education to make a living. The other factor was feminist influence of the late 1800's which asserted that thousands of teenage factory and office workers were being taken advantage of sexually. The outcome is the modern age-of-consent laws.

Before these laws, premarital sex was always the girl's fault. After these laws, it is always the man's fault.

Abortionists often claim a girl cannot give consent to have sex but can give consent to have an abortion.

This actress may have a daughter but does not know how to be a mother.
