I noticed that too. How does someone there have red haired. I remember seeing one Saddam's henchman looking kind of like a German man. I am wondering if he could descendent of an escaped Nazis in the Middle East?
I have never seen a red haired Arab. He also looks pale, not dark skinned. I actually just look him up, he was born in 1942 from Tikrit. I don't know if he has any other ancestry.
