If John eFFin Kerry is so rich, why doesn't he have a shotgun that fits properly?

This fact was pointed out by several on this page a year ago when Kerry was photographed hunting pheasants near Ames, IA.

I wonder if a staffer had to turn the gun the proper direction so Kerry wouldn't hurt himself. Nonetheless, it would have been a great image of what will be the end result of his campaign.

Didn't Randy Weaver do jail time for a shotgun longer than that?

Why does he have his mouth open in that ridiculous yawn while pretending to be an avid clay shooter?
That over/under is too short for him.. or it's overpowerful for him.

He may want a purple heart for the bruise it'll give him.

Is this new?

Let's see - sKerry is down 11 points in the polls - what to do? I know! Shotgun-shooting-photo-op! That'll do the trick.

What's the matter, was Lurch's windsurfing board being waxed or in for its 50,000 mile tuneup?

Does this guy ever work?

He's posing, no hearing protection. Either that or he's stupid.

Signed, the partly deaf in one ear Slim.

He must be a sorry shot. A sawed off barrel will tend to let the shot spread out into a larger pattern. If you are shooting clay's, you use a lot of small shot and a big pattern, you can get a large field of shot and sufficient number of shot within that large pattern to break the clay pigeon even if you cannot shoot well. The down side is that the shot does not go as far, so you have to be somewhat quicker or have a weaker spring on the clay pigeon thrower.

I wonder if he busted his nose after he pulled the trigger... it'd be an improvement.

He doesn't know how to use it standing up, anyway. Remember, he likes to crawl on his belly when he hunts. LOL! He's such a dork.

"why doesn't he have a shotgun that fits properly?"

Doesn't matter how much money you have or if the gun fits right if you're only gonna shoot it in the back..

He'd shoot a duck in the back, never know if it's got a grenade or a BF-40!
*groans.. sis is gonna pay for sayin gtis to me..*
];-)

*Future tagline: Kerry duck-hunts due to amphibian envy.

I'm pretty sure, if I held my shotgun like that it would break my collarbone! It only takes 8 lbs. of pressure, you know.

maybe his campaign should stage a photo op with him being a senator, for a change.
