The term means the same thing when you use the military and not the FBI!
Then why do we have muslim prisoners (who were shooting at us) to feed? Why is the turncoat who killed our CIA operative in the prison uprising still alive?
If they're alive, they haven't met any justice yet. What will we do, let them out in 20 years? There are some we've already let out. And they will reproduce, too.
