A fellow I know sent this article to me, and it doesn’t look good –- this appears to be a voting system engineered to enable election fraud on a massive scale.

I note the name of Jim March in the article below, and he is a long-standing firearms-rights advocate who has been fighting the good fight out in California for many years now on CCW issues, filing legal suits against the illegal actions of the "Million Mom March", etc., and during all of this he has grown and deepened his involvement in examining the whole political system in that state. It appears this is something that he, along with his associates, have uncovered.

The article I’ve enclosed below is part one of three. If you go to the original site, there are many links embedded in the text, as well as links at the bottom so the other sections can be accessed.

I’d really like to find out more about all of this. Does anyone here on FR have any information about this? With the general election only two months away, I have a feeling this could mean real trouble for the GOP.

Sorry to bother y'all with this, but I'm unsure if the scope of this potential problem is limited to California or not. Also, Jim March, long-standing RKBA stalwart in that beleaguered state, appears to be very much involved in this.

Any information would be appreciated.

Thanks,

"By entering a 2-digit code in a hidden location, a second set of votes is created. This set of votes can be changed, so that it no longer matches the correct votes. The voting system will then read the totals from the bogus vote set. It takes only seconds to change the votes, and to date not a single location in the U.S. has implemented security measures to fully mitigate the risks."

Is that so.

Well, guess it's time then to pull the plug, huh.

...might explain the "close" election of 2000, too.

These machines scare me. I see them as another way for the Dims to use to steal the elections. There has to be a system of checks and balances with these system. A paper trail must exist.

Here is what I know. Bev Harris is a big DUer and her life revolves around her conspiracy that George Bush and Diebold are conspiring to rig this election (as they did 200), and all elections in the future so democrats can never again win. Not just presidential elections, but at all levels.

Un-freeping-believable.

On the other hand, the Dems have always been the party of voter fraud. Just see what happens when attempts are made to cleanse the voter rolls of dead people or those who have moved out of state.

There have been many posts here on 'votescam'--focusing on how votes are tabulated by a private outfit which is basically a creature of the media...

And here in California--just prior to the 1996 elections--the papers reported that "three groups associated with the Democratic Party" had collected 16,000 fraudulent voter-registration forms (40% of the total) in Los Angeles County alone--and "other counties reported similar discoveries."

Not a word of coverage followed. A giant Cone of Silence descended and the entire thing was spiked. No hearings. No indictments. No trials. No convictions. Every once in a while I would write the local papers asking for some follow-up and reminding them of the term "investigative reporting"--all of which were received with stony silence. Reminded me of 1984. It didn't happen, see, because only Boris seems to recall it.

We should post the exact method for doing this procedure on FR.

This needs to be aired out as much as possible.

It looks as if this were deliberately designed into the system. I guess they wanted to be able to market these in Chile, Columbia, South Dakota, and Illinois too.

It is really great that voter fraud is finally being addressed to a greater extent then it has been. I have had a gut level feeling for a long time that the Dems have been cheating at a level that is beyond anything we may think. It has been in our prayers for a long time that fraud is dealt with. I believe if we can deal with voter fraud we will win one election after the next.I

Why not just take your camera phone into the booth with you and take pictures of your vote and teh final serial numbered page?

If the subsequent comparison of your serial number and your actual votes is different then fraud is proven. Just a thought.

Folks, here's another response from Jim March:

=====================

Joe, they banned only ONE of their three systems in California. They have optical scan, still in place here and all over the country, the original touchscreens (TS) used in one major California county (Alameda, pop. 1.6mil), all of Georgia, many other places and the new "touchscreen 2" (TSx) sold to four California counties. The latter was banned and those four counties are howling.

One reason Diebold was "punished" in late April was that a Diebold temporary tech from prior to the March 2nd primaries name of James Dunn came forward and contradicted Diebold's testimony before the SecState's voting systems panel. It was myself and Bev Harris that found him; I took his declaration by dictation.

I'm in this up to my neck, dude :).

Anyways. The problem exists all OVER the country. Hell, it was an attempted hack on a Diebold optical scan system in Volusia County FL in 2000 that made Al Gore rescind his concession speech on election night and threw us into a month of chaos. Somebody took a precinct memory card (PCMCIA), duplicated it in a standard laptop, hacked the copy so that it would add 4,000 votes for Bush and 16,022 "negative votes" for Al Gore.

Swear to God. So this utterly incompetent fraud attempt gets caught out on election night, Gore hears of it, naturally goes "what the f**k?" and the rest is history.

That particular fraud may have been incompetent, and hence caught, but they still didn't catch who tried it. There was also pro-Gore fraud going on too, it was a total mess in FL like everybody knows.

IF we can break them completely in California, they'll lose too much credibility and get scrapped nationwide.

Great post- but you may want to start a new thread with a different title. I glossed over it at first because I thought it had something to do with bank security.

I had no idea that it was a VOTE FRAUD story!
