Wasn't the five weeks of legal maneuvering and recounting initiated by the Dims? I seem to recall that all of the post-election certifications and so-called recounts showed that GORE DID LOSE FLORIDA. Even though the largly Bush favored military absentee ballots were not counted in the Dem "every vote counts scheme."
