I wish I had known about the New Paltz Freep. I drove right through there on Saturday -- twice. Late Saturday afternoon at one of the pubs on Main Street, I got into a debate with a student who called President Bush "stupid." I interjected myself into the conversation and asked him, "What do you mean by 'stupid'." He responded, "He's stupid, an idiot, what part don't you understand?" I said, "You mean like he applied to SUNY New Paltz, but couldn't get in so he lowered his standards and went to Yale and Harvard instead?" I then asked him what the average SAT scores are at New Paltz these days, "960, maybe a 1000?" and whether he was one one of the 30% of SUNY New Paltz students who had to take remedial math and/or writing as a freshman. He got up and left.
Nice job on that punk. These small victories all add up.

BWAHAHAHAHA! Priceless.
And also 'stupid' as in being able to pilot a jet fighter aircraft in which many others met their fate during routine training exercises? The average American is probably incapable (mentally and/or physically) to do what he did in the ANG for four-plus years, so does that mean we're stupid too? These twits have no idea what they're talking about.
ROFL!
Out here it is more like 40 or 50 percent.
