but some can be rehabilitated after a long time inside... Then they can be paroled AFTER their victims have been resurrected. That should be long enough for rehabilitation.

Again, I'm not defending her..was asking about the system..life without parole, is one sentence..life, with the possibility of parole, is another..sh'es been inside for 35 years...does the state board have to tell why she's not fit for release..

Actually, yes, there was a 2002 court decision faulting the parole board for not giving sufficient guidance.
Biggest travesty of justice there ever was, commuting their death sentence to life with the possibility of parole.
