butter is better for you than fake butter. Eggs have been shown to have benefits (I think up to 2 per day was the guideline). They can even be made to be lower cholesterol eggs based on the feed given to the chickens.

Well, most "fake butter" is margarine, and I agree with
your posture on that (trans-fatty acids, etc.).
But the product we use is olive-oil based.
