Last night on the Philly ABC affiliate's local 11 PM news, they showed this Miller guy (at his house with just a pair of boxers on) and they kindly displayed a quote from him on the screen, blaming the Republicans for the Cipel thing coming out!

He said something like Cipel was always interested in money, and that the Republicans must have paid Cipel a lot of money to turn on McGayvey.

Of course, this Miller guy is a nut, but the libs at WPVI-6 had no problems putting his unfounded claim on the air.
