I told him to look at the ad. Several of the men in the ad ARE THE VERY SAME MEN in the photo that Kerry shows when bragging that his band of brothers support him.
Smith claimed that the men claimed to have served with Kerry, but that only meant that they all served in the VN war. All one has to do is look at the ad, which shows these men right next to a close-up of their picture in that group shot with Kerry.

If I recall correctly .. these Vets did send a letter to Kerry aksing him to stop using the Photo

You are correct. I said yesterday that was not the case, but well, I was wrong.
I looked at the names and some of these folks are in that picture.
What no one seems to understand is the swift boat crews were not on the boats all the time, that they were based either on a ship, a cutter or a land station. The ones that were attatched to my husband's ship were one week off and one week on, alternating two crews on one boat.
