We were driving home from Home Depot in Gig Harbor today and cut through the road in front of the womens' detention ctr. and there was a circus of media trucks and cameras and reporters across the road from it. I wonder if they are still there waiting for her release?

An emphatic NO! Some stupid weenie-ass liberal female judge only gave her six months in the pokey for the FIRST crime, and as soon as she was out on probation, she made a beeline for this kid again.

All she served was the BALANCE of her original suspended sentence for the first crime, AND WAS NEVER CHARGED WITH THE SECOND CRIME!

Sorry for the caps, but I'm absolutely screaming mad over this case. We'd have jailed any male teacher who got a girl pregnant TWICE for at least twenty years, even being a liberal weenie-ass state!

The rape charges are hardly trivial...Yes she was horrible to her husband and her children...Adults should NEVER have sex with children...I don't care what male fanatsies exist out there. The reality is that sex before one is pyschologically ready for it is in fact long term devastating. I hope the state mandates that the stay away order be kept for ever. At a minimum she should never be allowed to see these new children ( since she is a convicted sex offender)

She raped him again after a judge was lenient and issued probation and a stay away order...That;s when she was required to go to the big house and do some real time...She may or may not be able to marry this delusional kid ( now 21) but she will never be able to see her "children" since she is a convicted sex offender

She is asking a judge to dissolve that order, and I can't imagine her being kept away from her own children by the Court, regardless of how they came to be.

My guess is that the couple will both leave the US and marry. Mary Kay is bi-polar and must remain on medication to get through life with any success. If you have ever known anyone with this affliction, you know that it isn't likely that she will remain medicated. Also, it's an hereditary condition which she has possibly passed on to some of her kids, which makes them extremely difficult to manage. I had a neighbor with this problem and it not only affected her own family, it affected the whole neighborhood

After a two people desire and have sex together a few hundred times, and a couple kids, and want to be together I don't see how it can be called rape, not even statutory. IMO It is a slap to every victim of real rape - which is a vicious, violent crime. I don't say what she did was right, or wise, but I cannot call this rape. Yes, I know women can rape boys - but that is not what happended in this case.
