I thought of Shirley Temple Black...but she is so cute, and John Kerry isn't, and she was also a Republican, and she does a much better salute than John Kerry.

Ever watch Bush salute the Marines? Bush is/was not a Navy man and the rules ar different for other services. Anyway Bush is CinC and can do whatever he wants!
