Recently, some veterans wrote defending John Kerry. Have these people bothered to do any research or are they just reading from Kerrys Web site?
What would these people think about the fact that veterans who served with Kerry are saying his ads dont resemble the truth at all? These veterans have been asked to be removed from Kerrys ads. Then there is the combat scene Kerry staged to help win medals.
How about Kerry admitting to committing war crimes? Or admitting to lying before Congress about the war, lies that the North Vietnamese subsequently used to justify torturing Americans?
When Kerry returned from the war, he didnt try to help win the war. He joined radical groups that helped lose the war. In fact, Kerry was honored in a Vietnamese museum on the war.
Its bad enough Kerry tried to hide his long, anti-military Senate record by portraying himself as a war hero. To pretend Kerrys votes were only against particular issues in large bills is at best a fantasy, as his life proves. Whatever he may have done right in Vietnam is overshadowed by the lies he told and the soldiers that his activities obviously harmed.
No veteran, or citizen for that matter, in his right mind would vote for someone like Kerry who has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he has been on the side of Americas enemies for most of his life.
President Bush may not be a combat veteran, but he never supported the enemy. The same liberals who claim he lied and misled us are the same ones who spent the 1990s reporting on the dangers of Saddam. Whats different now? Only a different president from a different party. Exactly at what point does one choose partisan politics over national defense?

One of our local media mentioned that Kerry went from "a soldier" to a "Presidential candidate" and left out the 17 year record in between.
When one is a Democrat.
It's no "accident" 35 years are missing.
