if he doesn't have a plan he can't close the sale. if he is not specific you can bet that by the time of the debates he will be down 15 points. after sept 11 kerry will be watching the floor go from under his base.
after the convention the Bush folks will be hard charging. anyone who doubts that President Bush knows how to campaign is forgetting what happened in 2002. they misunderestimate him every time.
