Actually, I believe the French are proponets of pre-emptive surrender.
French: "Don't shoot, we surrender"
Other: "But, we don't even have a gun"

It is estimated that there are between 35 to 50 million Muslims in western and eastern Europe at this time, and further, Islam has become Europe's second largest religion and the number of Muslims is growing rapidly.
According to the demographic data, the number of Muslims will continue to steadily rise due to a high birth rate and the continued mass immigrations. Many Muslims are not integrating into the society. Instead they are concentrating in what only can be described as ghettos- ghettos of unrest and susceptible to being organized by extremist, especially al Qaeda.
In France right now the Muslims are multiplying and growing much faster than the French. The same thing is happening in Germany. In Denmark Muslim mullahs have already declared that by 2050, that nation will be a Muslim state because they will constitute more than 50% of the population.
It's still a little early to predict what will happen in the US, however it appears that Muslims are exhibiting the same behaviors they have established in Europe.
It is frequently said that the current war against terrorism is not a religious war. Nonsense. The Muslims have defined the conflict as a religious war. We shouldn't be so foolish as to think they're wrong!
One thing I've noticed is that you see a much larger percentage of Muslim women in Europe wearing a full on burka than you do in the USA. This seems to validate what you wrote about non assimilation. Another observation is that while France has many arriving, there seem to be even more arriving in Austria and Germany. Gotta lower taxes and promote procreation by the natives, or else things will get ugly over there.....
