Okay, what are we doing here? Talking about our commutes with public transit maybe? That's what I'm going to do.
I usually start by taking the 23 bus up to the Market East station. The reasons for this are:
1. It's only a half a block walk.
2. There's a six foot Glamazon that oftentimes rides that bus and a nurse who's smoking hot that I like to stalk.
3. I use a day pass and the cow at the subway booth takes, literally about 3 minutes to process my day pass and missing a train while she's looking around for her stamp gets me in a psycotic mood. Not a good way to start the day.
4. Sometimes, the bus driver doesn't want to deal with processing the daypass and just hands me a transfer. When that happens, I've figured out a way to re-use the daypass time and again. For some reason, when I just pay the fair and the transfer, it never works out. Somebody always takes the day pass and stamps the hell out of it. So when I'm just handed the transfer, I take it.
Either way, I pick up the el and past city hall it's virtually empty. I always sit on the north side to keep the sun off me.
Then, I get on the Route 100 trolly (the old main line). There's this really slutty looking latina chick with an amazing body that I like to stalk. She usually stands at the back of the train so if I can get an aisle seat on the north, maybe second from the back, well, it just doesn't get any better than that.
Then I take the 95 bus. That's a short ride and most of the drivers blast the a/c so I'm pretty good there. They always drop me off on the corner rather than at the bus stop and that's a lot closer to my office.
The way home is pretty much the same thing, except I almost never see the slutty latina chick.
