Edwards Suggests World Leaders Want Bush To Lose Thu Jul 22 2004 10:51:24 ET
Sen. John Edwards said on CNN's LARRY KING LIVE last night: "Just a few weeks ago...I was in Brussels at NATO meeting with a whole group of NATO ambassadors and hearing their perspective on this. I just believe that these countries around the world, whose cooperation and alliances we need, believe that in order for them to have a fresh start with America, we're going to need a new president to do that. Now, they're not going to want to say this very vocally, of course, but the reality is that in order for us to reestablish old relations and to establish new relationships, I believe we need a new president. ... They didn't say that directly. What they said was they're very frustrated with the way this administration has dealt with them. They believe that in this case our trans-Atlantic relationships are important, should be important to America, are important to them. They want to be treated with some level of respect. They understand, because I made it very clear, at the end of the day, the president of the United States is going to do what's in the best interest of the American people. But the vast majority of the time, our interests are aligned with the interests of our allies around the world."
Edwards is absolutely right.
World leaders that desperately want the U.S. to be weakened.
In other words, Edwards is telling us to trust that the interests of European leaders is the same as whats in the best interests of the U.S.
Gosh, just the thought of them makes nuts ........ breast.
I can't help but wonder if these foreign leaders were paid for their endorsements. Maybe with classified documents perhaps.
These would be those same world leaders we've heard cited before? Snicker.
Edwards: does not work well with others
you think Osama was in that meeting, perhaps Al Sadr, or Zarqawi?
The commierats and the French want someone who will cave and kiss butt. That's what the "liberal" traitors want also. Someone to lead the death of America.
What an odd comment (summary):
They want Bush defeated, but I defended him because he acts in the best interests of the American people, but Kerry and I can't wait to beat Bush so that the world leaders will be pleased.
World leaders who aide and abet terrorists want Bush to lose. "Leaders" like Chirac, the Candadian PM, heads of state in Iraq, Syria, etc.
Bush must be doing something right.
Hey Euros, frustration is a good thing......... brings much needed character. If not, get a vibrator.
Edwards is absolutely right. There is no doubt that Jacque Chirac, Kim Jong Il, Bashar Assad, Hashemi Rafsanjani and Yasser Arafat want Bush to lose.
Bush has great relationships with Blair of Britain, Kwasniewski of Poland, Koizumi of Japan, Howard of Australia, Putin of Russia, on and on. They can keep talking, but they are really talking about France and Germany and North Korea, and the terrorists. I'm sick of their lies with this. If they aren't going to name names then shut up because they don't want to name those countries.
All the more reason to overturn the dems non-citizen voting machinations like the motor voter law...
No doubt those snobs hate Bush also.
The following world leaders want Bush to lose:
1) Qaddafi
2) Former Iraqi leader Sadam Hussain
3) Fidel Castro
4) Kim Jong-il
5) Jeaques Chirac
6) Gerhard Shroeder of Germany
7) Bashar Assad or Syria
