It's from Madd TV - she's on in nearly every episode, the character's name is Miss Swan.
Well, most of us aren't scared, although some of us are because they pay too much attention to polltaking done in July.
Such people are stupid, and have no idea that the election is not until November. The old saw that people won't pay attention to the Campaign until after the World Series of Baseball remains true to this day. I'm pinging Common Tator because he will be the first to tell you, my left wing friend, that your confidence is misplaced.
We are angry with the Left because your fear of the terrorist movement known as al-Qaeda has translated into an overwhelming hatred of George Bush. You people are afraid of the enemy, and would rather appease him than kill him. You are angry at Bush because he is doing two things:
1. saving your pathetic asses.
2. telling you that you cannot go home to your 1990's world again.
This is called "killing the messenger". Delusional people do this. You on the left are delusional. It is why you hate Bush more than bin Laden. It is why you paint Saddam as a choirboy. It is why you give Michael Moore more than thirty seconds of your time and gobs of your disposable income.
Conservatives aren't as stupid as you people manifestly are. That is our saving grace.
That will be made clear during the campaign, as your candidate is peeled away like an onion. What is important for you to understand is this: you are a left wing voter. I am a right wing voter. The center is what wins elections. Neither one of us represent a faction numerous enough to carry the day. But if Bush takes the center and holds it, he wins. Same for Kerry.
I remain convinced that the initiative lies, as it usually does, with the incumbent. Bush hasn't started campaigning yet, and he is only a point to four points behind Kerry.
It is you who should be scared, not I.
Be Seeing You,
Chris
I was just playing with you. However, if you really want to know look at http://www.fas.org/irp/program/disseminate/dcs.htm
BTW, I think the information is partly wrong.
Just one year, did a remote assignment to Wallace A.S. from May of '88 to May of '89. Since I'm a married man, I had a self-imposed "look but don't touch" rule, still, things were done at the "Hut" that I haven't seen since.
How 'bout yourself, what years were you there?
Best Regards
Sergio
